On the Tuesday of our last week we went to the Savannah College of Art and Design. At first we had a tour through the college which was really exciting. The students have a lot of places where they can get ideas and inspiration for their projects, for example swings. All the rooms are decorated very colorfully and by the students themselves. After that we had lunch at the college which was healthy and different to the American food in general. Later we went to the exhibition of an Asian fashion designer, there we met two American ladies who were very excited to meet us and told us about their experiences in Germany. We also had a small tour through the exhibition where the stories of the dresses were explained. The most impressive dress, was the dress Rihanna wore at the Met Gala in 2015. All the dresses together have a value of about 14 million dollars. After visiting the college we went to the High Museum of Art, where Sabine, a German woman who lives in the USA, gave us an impression of the exhibition and historical background of the paintings. We really had a good time, learned about art and different time periods.
