One of the best days in America was definitely the 15th day.
We went to the aquarium with our host students and were impressed. We’ve seen a lot of impressive fish, penguins, whales and otters but the highlight was of course the dolphin show.
The Georgia Aquarium was huge and we spent some fun hours there.
We were acting as if we had never seen a fish in our life.
After a short break in which we were sitting in the sun we went to the World of Coke. This is a museum all about the history, the secrets and of course the taste of Coca Cola. The best part about that was the taste room. We could taste Coke and Coke Mix from all around the world. Some weren’t good but everybody liked the German Mezzo Mix.
After our visit we all went back to school and had some time with our hosts.
In the evening all the host parents, hosts and German students met for a dinner at Huey Luey’s. This is a Mexican restaurant and we all had a lot of fun. Because some students laughed so hard the whole restaurant looked at us. The buffet was also very delicious and we couldn’t get enough of it.
Our last evening in America was amazing and we are very thankful for this experience and the chance to have these amazing two weeks.
